 Buying in www.lunamagaibiza.com is very simple. You only need to follow the steps below:

  • Have a look to the product you like. By cliking, you can zoom the picture for a detailed view of the product, read the description and composition, check size availability, colours, references and prices.
  • Chose a garment and add it to your shopping basket. After this, you can continue shopping or checkout.
  • If you wish to checkout, you can proceed by registering your data or checkout with out registration.
  • Chose if you want to receive your order by post.
  • Chose a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or by bank transfer.
  • Validate and confirm the order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.

Which payment form can I use?

All the prices displayed on our webpage are in Euros.

Pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, all purchases done through this website are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT), except for those to be supplied directly to customers the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla..

Orders to be supplied in the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, are subject to the application of the relevant taxes and custom duties pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in these cities.

Luna Maga Ibiza will only accept credit or debit payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard o AMEX), PayPal, gift card or bank transfer.

Credit or Debit card payment

For orders made in this website, Luna Maga Ibiza accepts the following credit or debit cards as a payment forms: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

For credit or debit card payment, the charge will be applied in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the authenticity of the provided data is verified.

PayPal Payment

Luna Maga Ibiza accepts PayPal payments as a payment form.

Bank transfer payment

Bank transfer payments will only be possible for orders made by telephone or for Luna Maga Ibiza Retail clients. The costs will be incurred by the customer. For bank transfer payments, the bank account where the payment should be made will be issued to the client. In the reference field, the clients should state the order number and their full name. Payment must be made within three business days from the date of purchase. The order will not be complete until full payment has been received. If after a period of three business days Luna Maga Ibiza has not received the required transfer with payment in full, the order will be cancelled

Is it secure to use my credit card online?

In order to provide a secure service and protect the confidentiality of the data we receive, Luna Maga Ibiza uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce in order to provide maximum security. Confidential payment data is encrypted (SSL) and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution.

For payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Luna Maga will only accept transactions CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) under the international 3D Secure convention with its distinctives Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey.

The Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When paying through the secure payment gateway, the system automatically verifies that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. After this, the bank that issued the credit card authorizes the transaction by a personal authentication code. The transaction will finalize only if the bank that issued the card confirms the authentication code. We also work under the Online Transaction Security SSL certificates.


As a complementary measure to the "Secure Payment" system, and in order to assist in the prevention of fraud in the Internet, Luna Maga Ibiza reserves the right to verify the Personal Data provided by the Customer and adopt measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) in order to deliver the product in conformity with the data contained in the order.

Why could my credit card be rejected?

Your card can be rejected due to one of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Make sure your card does not exceed the validity date.
  • The card limit might have been exceeded. Check with your card issuer that the allowable amount for purchases has not been exceeded.
  • It may be that some data introduced is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

Is there any purchase limit?

Luna Maga Ibiza does not allow the the purchase of its registered Luna Maga Ibiza products for resale without expressed approval nor without opening a retail distribution agreement with Luna Maga Ibiza SL.

As a consequence, purchases of more than 15 garments euros of worth may not be realized. Customers interested in buying for a higher amount, for other purposes than resale, should contact our Customer Service department, where they will be provided with more information about how to perform the desired purchase.

DELIVERY

Where can i receive my order?

Items purchased in Luna Maga Ibiza can be delivered to the address you provide, either home or workplace etc. Luna Maga Ibiza does not deliver to military bases or PO boxes.

In order to avoid problems with delivery (such as incorrect address, absence at time of delivery, etc.), it is imperative to complete the order form correctly. It is recommended to provide a contact telephone number where required.

Does the delivery country has to be the same as the purchase country?

For the moment, Luna Maga Ibiza delivers in Spain, peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal.

However we are working on expanding our distribution network as soon as possible to Europe and rest of the world.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on the purchase country:

  • For orders to Spain, peninsula and Balearic Islands, delivery time is 24h to 48h.
  • For orders to Europe, delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.

Luna Maga Ibiza is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure such as strikes, bad weather or other caused by third parties.

Which are the shipping costs?

For orders to Spain, Peninsula and Balearic Islands, orders above 150,00€ shipping is free. In case of orders below that amount, shipping charge will be 10€.

For orders to Europe, orders above 200,00€ shipping is free. In case of orders below that amount, shipping charge will be 20€.

The final cost will be showed, along with the shipping cost of the destination country, at checkout, once the order has been placed, and before payment is due.

The Conditions are subject to modification at any time. This modification will apply from the time the change is published in the contact pages and the contract published on this website. The Conditions which apply are those valid at time of purchase.

Can i track my order?

Yes, you can query the status of your order at any time by clicking in "My Account" in Luna Maga Ibiza website.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

How can i return or exchange a product?

You may exchange or return any article you purchase that is not to your complete satisfaction by contacting our Customer Service department. You have a maximum period of 14 days from the date of reception to notify us and return the unwanted item(s). Items returned must be in their unused and its in original condition. In the event the return of any item does not comply with these conditions, Luna Maga Ibiza will not accept the return and the items will be sent back to the client.

Upon verification of the data, we will arange a courier to come to your home address to collect the items in the following 24-48 hours (working days).

Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items,delivered in perfect condition and without having been used, including the original labels and our packaging,we will make a VOUCHER without the return shipping costs. Items will only be accepted with our courier, remaining excludes all other options.

Any changes and/or returns of items purchased in lunamagaibiza.com should be packaged carefully and include the delivery note or return form duly completed.

In case of not having the delivery note at the time of the change or return, you can contact our Customer Service department that will help you with the process.

The gift card can only be redeemed for items on our website and never for money.

Which is the maximum time period for an exchange or return?

The maximum time period for any exhange or return is of 14 days from the date of reception.

Do i need to pay something for my exchange or return?

Yes, we will make a VOUCHER without the return shipping costs.

Only for garments that might have some imperfection, the exchange will be free of charge and we will proceed to replace the garment for the same garment in a perfect condition. Normally, a rigorous check of garments is carried out and it is almost impossible that this situation occurs.

The maximum period of time to notify us is of 14 days from the date of reception. If at this time, the same garment was unavailable and the customer would not change it for another item, a reimbursement will be done, taking between 20 and 30 days from the resolution.

How will i receive the return refund?

Once the return has been checked and verified, you will receive a VOUCHER with 90 days validity.

When will i receive the return refund?

Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items,delivered in perfect condition and without having been used, including the original labels and our packaging,you will receive a confirmation email with the amount of the VOUCHER to be exchanged in the following 90 days.

Luna Maga Ibiza reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
